Staff
Pastor Sam is the lead and founding pastor at Bridge Fellowship Church in New Hyde Park, NY. He is ordained from The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), and he is passionate about working with young adults and families to help discover and develop identities, passions, and dreams in the Lord. His mission is to “walk” with others as they seek to understand who they are to embrace the path that God has laid out for them. Although imperfect, he strives to become “a man after God’s own heart” (Acts 13:22).
He graduated from Nyack College in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and minor in Pastoral Ministry. At Nyack, Pastor Sam was compelled to full-time ministry and began his work with youth at a local church serving as a youth pastor at the age of 20. He received his Master of Divinity (M.Div) from Alliance Theological Seminary in 2010 and is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the State of New York and received a Master of Science in Education degree for Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College in 2019.
Pastor Sam was born in Seoul, Korea and was raised in Istanbul, Turkey as a missionary child. He lived in Korea, Turkey, and Germany before settling in New York in 2003.
He is married to his beautiful and wonderful wife, Jessica, and is a loving father of their two children, Nolan and Norah.
Phillip Kim
Worship Pastor
Phillip Kim serves as the Worship Pastor at Bridge Fellowship Church, where he oversees the worship ministry and coordinates the weekly Sunday services.

He holds a BA in Health Sciences from Boston University and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary. Phillip, along with his wife, Il Young Kim, resides in Queens, NY, and has been serving the church faithfully since the start of Bridge Fellowship Church.
Sienna Yu is the Children's Ministry Director at Bridge Fellowship Church and has always had a big heart for children. She has served as a Youth Group teacher for over 8 years, and enjoys working with children as they navigate through their understanding of faith holistically into adulthood.

She graduated from Queens College in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Secondary Education, and was a former English teacher for the New York City Department of Education. She received her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in 2022.

Sienna was born and raised in Queens, New York. She enjoys trying new foods, coffee, traveling, and crafts. She is married to her high school sweetheart, John, and they have two Holland Lop rabbits.
